- Problem
- Finding property managers meant going through Zillow rental listings by hand, every single day.
- What I built
- An n8n and Oxylabs pipeline that scrapes Zillow rentals on a daily schedule, extracts property-manager contact details, and delivers a clean lead list to the team.
- Result
- Manual prospecting replaced by a scheduled pipeline that runs on its own.

Multilingual property description generator
- Problem
- Every listing needed unique, SEO-friendly copy in eight languages. Writing it by hand didn't scale, and reused text hurts search rankings.
- What I built
- A custom GPT setup that writes two distinct descriptions per property and translates them into 8 languages, integrated into the existing PHP site so it runs without anyone touching it.

Nexus CRM — dashboard template
- What I built
- A 15-page CRM dashboard with a Kanban lead board, deal and contact detail views, and analytics charts. Dark and light themes, responsive from mobile up, fully typed under strict mode.
- Why it matters
- The mock data mirrors a real API response, so swapping in a backend doesn't mean rewriting the UI.

About Widada
I'm Widada, a fullstack developer based in Solo, Central Java, working remotely with clients wherever they are.
I've been shipping software since 2014. Most of that decade went into the parts of a product nobody sees — APIs, data pipelines, integrations, the jobs that have to keep running at 3am — at Tiket.com, Workmate, YukStay, Flokq and AVANA, then as Technical Lead at Lifepack.id. These days I work across the whole stack: the Next.js frontend, the Laravel or Node API behind it, and the automation that keeps data moving between them.
A lot of my recent work sits where software meets messy real-world data: scraping it, cleaning it, and turning it into something a business can act on. Mostly for real estate, marketing and e-commerce teams.
I teach, too — six courses on BuildWithAngga with more than 28,000 students enrolled. Explaining things clearly to beginners turns out to be good practice for explaining them clearly to clients.

Deploy, watch it under real usage, fix what that surfaces. I stay reachable afterwards — most products need a second pass.
